Chef Arean's career began in Michelin-starred Paris kitchens, honing his craft under world-class mentors. After a tenure at renowned restaurants throughout Europe and Asia, he discovered his calling as a mentor and teacher, opening Arean Colla Culinary Studio to share his expertise with enthusiastic food lovers in Phnom Penh.
